While Fat Freddy’s Catering is always on the look-out for fun and creative menus ideas, we are constantly aware of our responsibility to prepare and deliver food that is as safe and healthy for our clients as it is delicious. We recently discovered a state of the art food transport container made by Thermohauser that is so innovative we are excited to share it with our readers. While many containers are designed to keep hot things hot or cold things cold, the Thermohauser containers actually have a thermometer built right into the tight-fitting lid so our servers know the exact temperature of the items they are transporting…from our kitchen to your table.

Made of lightweight expanded polypropylene, these containers are lighter and more and durable than conventional containers. They are even engineered to keep ice frozen for days without refrigeration, which in the Phoenix, Arizona catering business, is more than just convenience! They stack securely, so food arrives ready for display, looking exactly like it did when Chef Freddy added his final touch.
