Full Service FAQ

1. Can I order linens through you?

   Yes. From basic to fancy. Any color. Any size. You can pick them up as early as Thursday or we can bring them with us the day of the wedding (approx two hours prior to event).  Click HERE for prices

2. If I order china, do you set the tables with it?

   The silverware, napkin, and glassware get placed at each guest setting. The dinner plates go on the buffet.

3. Do you offer a kids price?

   We will discount the adult dinner price by 50% for children between the ages of 4-10 years old.

4. Can I order a bartender through you and supply my own alcohol?

   It depends; you’ll need to ask your wedding venue about their rules and restrictions.

5. Do your prices include gratuity?

   No, we do not automatically include a gratuity; we feel that a gratuity should be earned and not expected.  Gratuity in regard to catering is based on the food and beverage portion of your order and not the entire bill.  A good rule of thumb is 15% is fair, 18% is average and 20% is generous.  Gratuities can be added to your final invoice if requested or can be paid in cash on the day of the event.  We ask that you always give one lump sum to the Captain and they will distribute it amongst everyone who was involved with your event.

6. If I order the acrylic disposables, can I still have glass champagne flutes?

   Yes.  You can add Water Goblets and/or Champagne Flutes. We can assist you with the china and/or glassware as long as your guest count is under 100.  Otherwise we can assist you in arranging rentals.
