Here are four easy steps to follow in planning your catering

Complete our Wedding Quote Builder Form:
We understand most of our clients initially prefer to gather basic information online, so we have provided a special online questionaire that will help us provide you with an accurate quote, but because we offer a wide range of menus, services and prices; we ask that you please make yourself available to speak with our Catering Coordinator so we can best assist you with your reception needs. Once we receive your online request, we will contact you both by email and by phone.

Attend a Tasting:
Join us for a wonderful evening of drinks, appetizers and a dinner buffet featuring many of our popular menu items. The fee is $15 per person, up to four guests including yourself. This fee will be credited to your event upon booking. See the tasting schedule below, choose your preferred date and Make your Reservation soon, as space is limited.

Save the Date:
Similar to the early reservations needed to get the reception site you want, it is important that you put a hold on your wedding date with us. An initial $300 deposit will guarantee your wedding date on our schedule. This deposit is refundable with a 30-day written notice and will be applied to your total balance.

Sign the Contract & Invoice
Your proposal will be converted to an invoice that will include your final count due date and payment schedule. We will need this invoice and our ‘Terms & Conditions Contract” signed. The fee you paid for the tasting will be credited to your order at that time.
